On 8 July 2026, a debate title A Common Future: Poland and Ukraine in the European Single Market was held in Lublin, focusing on the prospects for Polish-Ukrainian economic cooperation in the context of Ukraine’s integration into the European Union and its gradual incorporation into the European Single Market.
The event featured Dr Jakub Olchowski, an analyst at the Institute of Central Europe (IEŚ), who participated in the panel discussion Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure – A Prerequisite for Genuine Economic Integration.
The debate was organised as part of the project A Common Future: Poland and Ukraine in the European Single Market, implemented by the Warsaw Enterprise Institute in cooperation with Ukraine’s Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER).
