From 30 June to 1 July, the 8th Polish-German Roundtable on Eastern Europe was held in Wojnowice, bringing together representatives of think tanks, diplomatic services, and research institutions from Poland and Germany. The discussions focused on regional cooperation, security, and the future of policy toward Eastern Europe.
Dr hab. Aleksandra Kuczyńska-Zonik, an analyst at the Institute of Central Europe (IEŚ), participated in discussions covering topics such as EU-Russia relations, support for and reconstruction of Ukraine, and cooperation within the Weimar Triangle. She took part in a panel dedicated to cooperation between Poland, Germany, and the Baltic States, highlighting the rapidly evolving security architecture of the Baltic Sea region and the importance of joint efforts to protect critical infrastructure and counter hybrid threats.
