The Lublin Forum 2025, held on June 9-10, 2025, at the Lublin Conference Center, served as a vital platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences among experts, policymakers, and participants. Discussions focused on security, international cooperation, and Central European challenges.
The program included an opening session featuring Dr. hab. Mirosław Filipowicz, Director of the Institute of Central Europe. A compelling speech on the security challenges to Europe was delivered by Dr. Dimitar Bechev from Carnegie Europe and Oxford University. The forum also hosted two days of in-depth panel discussions on topics such as EU enlargement, security in the Black Sea Region, democratic backsliding in Slovakia and Hungary and ethnic minorities in the Balkans.
The panelists were a diverse group of analysts, academics, and government representatives from Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Serbia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Kosovo and several international institutions. Their collective knowledge provided a robust foundation for stimulating discussions and analyses.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the speakers, guests, and partners for their active participation and commitment. Your presence made the Lublin Forum 2025 a truly memorable and impactful event. We look forward to welcoming you to future editions of the Lublin Forum!
