On 13 February, the Institute of Central Europe hosted a closed analytical workshop led by Dr. Wojciech Zajączkowski—Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, diplomat, expert, and co-founder of the Centre for Eastern Studies in Warsaw.
The workshop was based on his book Rozumieć politykę międzynarodową and offered an in-depth examination of the key instruments and methods for the analysis of contemporary international relations. Intended for IEŚ staff, the session had a working format that encouraged discussion and the exchange of analytical perspectives and experience.
Dr. Wojciech Zajączkowski previously served as Poland’s ambassador to Bucharest, Moscow, and Beijing. His visit to IEŚ provided an opportunity to reflect on the methodology of analysing international politics and to discuss the current challenges facing the international environment.
