Dr. Izabela Mrzygłód (Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences) is a historian whose research focuses on Central and Eastern Europe and twentieth-century nationalist movements. The discussion will explore the nationalist radicalization of academic communities in Warsaw and Vienna during the interwar period, as well as the broader social and political context of how universities operate in times of crisis. Dr. hab. Mirosław Filipowicz and Dr. Łukasz Krzyżanowski will also join the conversation with the author.
