Dr Damian Szacawa, senior analyst in the Baltic Team, participated in a meeting with members of the Committee of Senior Officials of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS). The meeting took place on 23rd November 2022 at the secretariat of the CBSS in Stockholm. The topic of discussion were geopolitical changes in the Baltic Sea region, reflection on regional cooperation and the future role of the CBSS.
