A debate in the Ossolineum Refectory in Wrocław on the consequences of raising defence spending to 5% of GDP and on changes within the functioning of the NATO. IEŚ experts and partners will discuss the findings of the latest policy paper published by the Institute, as well as Poland’s role at the summit and the prospects for transatlantic cooperation.
