On 15 September 2026, Dr Marlena Gołębiowska, senior analyst at the Institute of Central Europe, participated in the expert meeting “After Dubrovnik: Next Steps for 3SI”, organised by the Atlantic Council in Warsaw.
The meeting was hosted by Aaron Korewa, Director of the Atlantic Council’s Warsaw Office, with Ambassador Dušan Matulay, Slovakia’s designated Deputy National Coordinator for the Three Seas Initiative, as the special guest.
The discussion focused on the further development of the Three Seas Initiative and preparations for the next 3SI Summit, which will take place in Slovakia in 2027. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on future priorities and directions for cooperation within the Initiative.
The meeting was held under the Chatham House Rule.
