On 28 October 2026, Associate Professor Aleksandra Kuczyńska-Zonik, Head of the Social Resilience Team at the Institute of Central Europe (IEŚ), attended the opening ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Rzeszów.
The event was attended by the Lithuanian Ambassador to Poland, Valdemaras Sarapinas, and the Honorary Consul of Lithuania in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Grzegorz Jasiński. Associate Professor Aleksandra Kuczyńska-Zonik delivered a lecture on Lithuania’s national branding and the importance of shaping a country’s image on the international stage.
