Damian Szacawa, Ph.D, Baltics Senior Analyst, was in Oslo (25.09 – 02.10.2019). He talked with diplomats, experts, political scientists and business representatives about the situation in the Baltic Sea region, Norway’s foreign and security policy, and the situation of Poles in Norway. A meeting on Polish economic diplomacy was held at the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
