Europeizacja organizacji społeczeństwa obywatelskiego

Abstrakt: Zorganizowane grupy interesów i organizacje rzecznictwa w państwach demokratycznych odgrywają istotną rolę w procesie kreowania polityk publicznych oraz wpływają na finalny kształt realizowanych modeli rozwojowych. Poszczególne polityki publiczne są tworzone i realizowane zarówno na poziomie krajowym, jak i na poziomie Unii Europejskiej (UE). Równocześnie proces integracji europejskiej doprowadził do coraz większego transferu kompetencji z poziomu narodowego na poziom europejski1. W konsekwencji, grupy interesu, które chcą utrzymać wpływ na kształt legislacji, nie mogą polegać wyłącznie na dostępie do krajowych kanałów wpływu kształtowania polityk publicznych, lecz muszą zainwestować środki w lobbing na poziomie europejskim. Tym samym celem podjętej analizy jest odpowiedź na pytanie, czy oraz w jaki sposób zorganizowane grupy interesów z wybranych państw Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej podlegają presji europeizacyjnej.
