Prof. Tomasz Stępniewski, zastępca dyrektora Instytutu Europy Środkowej ds. badawczo-analitycznych, uczestniczył w międzynarodowym kongresie ICCEES 10th World Virtual Congress (3-8 sierpnia 2021, Montreal, Quebec, Kanada). W dniu 4 sierpnia 2021 roku wygłosił referat pt. „NATO’s Eastern Flank at the Time of Russia’s Invasion and Occupation of Ukraine” w czasie sesji „Central and Eastern Europe: Transformation, Geopolitics, and Security Issues”.
